Threads from Instagram, Inc. saw a significant increase in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 98K in mid-August. The app maintained an impressive user base, with weekly active users growing from 3M to over 3.2M by the end of September.

WhatsApp Messenger experienced a steady decline in weekly downloads, starting at around 44K and dropping to 23.5K by the end of the quarter. Despite this, its weekly active users remained stable, hovering around 19.9M throughout the quarter.
